Leila Landrum 12 Gold Head Coach

Addie is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science while competing on the university's club volleyball team. During her time at App State, she also served on the club volleyball executive board, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to the sport.Before college, Addie played club volleyball with Twin City Volleyball Academy and competed at Forbush High School, building a strong foundation and lifelong passion for the game.As a coach, Addie is excited to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for volleyball with the next generation of athletes. She is passionate about helping players develop their skills, build confidence, and grow both on and off the court in a positive and encouraging environment. She looks forward to creating a fun, challenging experience that inspires athletes to reach their full potential and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Justin is entering his 18th club season, joining Next Level Volleyball Academy with a coaching career that spans the collegiate and club levels. From 2011 to 2015, Justin served as head coach at Davidson Community College, where he was named Region X Conference Coach of the Year and District H Coach of the Year in 2014. Under his direction, Davidson posted an undefeated conference record and advanced to the Elite 8 of the NJCAA National Championship in Rochester, Minnesota. During his tenure, he coached three NJCAA All-Americans, three Conference Players of the Year, and 11 Region X All-Conference selections. Justin has also led several club programs, including North Carolina Volleyball Academy, Set Point Volleyball Club, and High Rock Volleyball Club. In 2017, he helped launch the boys program at TCVA and, over the next six years, built it into the largest boys club in the Carolinas and one of the most competitive in the region. His teams captured numerous tournament titles, and in 2023 his 18 Bros squad became just the second club team in North Carolina history to earn an OPEN bid to USA Nationals. That program has since grown into Triad United Volleyball Academy, now the largest and most successful boys club in the Carolinas. Along the way, Justin has coached three AAU All-Americans, a JVA All-American, and a USA Volleyball Boys National Player of the Year. A standout player in his own right, Justin has won numerous open-level indoor and outdoor tournaments and posted three top-ten finishes at the USA Volleyball Open National Championships in Phoenix, Minneapolis, and Dallas. To date, Justin has helped more than 50 athletes advance to the collegiate level, from Power 4 Division I programs to junior colleges, including over 15 Division I commitments.

A 2017 graduate of Lenoir-Rhyne University, Tiffany developed her game under the guidance of the legendary Jan Dowling. Originally a Middle Hitter, she transitioned to Outside Hitter in college and ultimately finished her senior season as a Defensive Specialist, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the game from multiple positions.She began coaching in 2018 and now serves as the head volleyball coach at West Rowan High School. In addition to her coaching career, she works full-time as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent with Fisher Greene Walker Hill Insurance.Outside of volleyball and her professional career, Tiffany is excited to be marrying her best friend in April 2026.

Originally from Iowa, Kennedy Weber has spent most of her life in Winston. She graduated from West Forsyth High School in 2023, where she played volleyball all four years and beach volleyball for two years. She competed three years on varsity, earning All-Region honors as a junior, and as a senior received All-Region and All-Conference honors, while helping lead her team to the state championship in beach volleyball.Primarily an Outside Hitter, Kennedy also has experience as a Defensive Specialist, Middle Blocker, and Setter. She has two years of previous coaching experience and is currently the JV Assistant Coach at West Forsyth High School.She is pursuing a Business degree at Forsyth Technical Community College and works walking dogs while launching her own pet-sitting business.

Denise Steele brings a lifelong passion for coaching and athlete development to Next Level Volleyball Academy. A former collegiate track and field athlete and licensed Physical Therapist, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character both on and off the court. With coaching experience in middle school volleyball and track, Denise is especially passionate about developing young athletes and creating opportunities for them to succeed. She also founded the region's first boys' volleyball program, demonstrating her commitment to expanding the game and making volleyball accessible to more athletes. As a coach at Next Level Volleyball Academy, Denise is committed to creating a positive, challenging environment where players can develop strong fundamentals, improve their volleyball IQ, and compete with confidence. She believes in building well-rounded athletes through encouragement, discipline, and a love for the game, helping each player reach their full potential.

Nya Steele brings a wealth of high-level playing experience and a passion for developing athletes both on and off the court. A member of the Trinidad and Tobago Senior Women's National Volleyball Team and the country's 2017 Youth Player of the Year, she understands the commitment, discipline, and work ethic required to compete at the highest levels.Throughout her playing career, Nya earned numerous accolades, including three CPC All-Conference selections (2015, 2016, 2017), two CPC Player of the Year honors (2016, 2017), and recognition as a member of the 2019 Conference USA All-Freshman Team. She has also been named Setter of the Week in both Conference USA and the Southern Conference (SoCon). In recognition of her outstanding achievements and impact on the sport, Nya was inducted into the Ronald Reagan High School Raider Hall of Fame.Nya is committed to using her experience to help athletes build their skills, confidence, and love for the game while preparing them to succeed at the next level.

Grace DeLong began her volleyball journey in sixth grade and developed into a versatile all-around player throughout her school and club career, competing through her senior year of high school. She began coaching during her senior year of high school and continued through her freshman year of college with a local volleyball club. After college, Grace expanded her experience in collegiate athletics by spending two years with Coastal Carolina University’s football program, focusing on player development and team operations. Now recently returned to the area, Grace is excited to rejoin the volleyball community. She looks forward to bringing her passion for the sport, her background in college athletics, and her guidance for athletes interested in pursuing volleyball at the collegiate level.

Kaylin "KK" Dowling has been passionate about volleyball since she began playing club volleyball at the age of seven with High Rock Volleyball Club. During high school, she continued her development with Twin City Volleyball Academy before advancing to the collegiate level at Queens University of Charlotte, where she continued her volleyball career.

Kaylin is entering her second season as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at Cox Mill High School, where she also assists with the varsity program. She is passionate about helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and grow both on and off the court.

KK is excited to join the Next Level Volleyball Academy coaching staff and looks forward to sharing her knowledge and love for the game while helping athletes achieve their goals and reach their full potential—both in volleyball and beyond.
